On Wednesday afternoon, 06/11/2024, the team received a call from a walker who had lost their way whilst walking at Dolgoch Falls. With light fading, the call handler quickly worked to use our phone find technology to pinpoint the person and guide them back to the path without leaving the comfort of their home. Two team members walking nearby popped over to the car park to ensure they arrived safely at their vehicle.
