While many were enjoying the bank holiday sunshine, our volunteer team was called to assist a walker suffering a suspected anaphylactic reaction on the Pony Path. Despite the heat and holiday pressures, team members responded swiftly. With support from passing walkers—including off-duty doctors—initial care was provided before our Remote Rescue Medical Technicians arrived to assess and evacuate the casualty by stretcher to a waiting ambulance.
