A walker slipped while descending Cadair Idris, sustaining a suspected fracture to the right forearm. With worsening weather and approaching darkness, the casualty party continued their descent while the team deployed to meet them. The casualty was assessed and escorted off the mountain before self-referring to a hospital closer to home.
