Aberdyfi Search and Rescue Team was initially called to assist the Air Ambulance and Welsh Ambulance Service following reports of a motorcyclist who had crashed and was suffering a suspected medical emergency.
On arrival, team members were informed that the casualty had sadly been declared deceased by paramedics in attendance/
