The second callout in half a hour was to a mother and her 12 year old son on the Minfordd path. The son was suffering from a previous problem with his feet which was making walking extremely difficult. With light fading fast the team were deployed immediately locating the pair on the Minfordd path in Cwm Cau, Cadair Idris. The team made a assessment of the casualty on scene and decided to walk him down with the assistance of team members and additional lighting.
