The team was requested by the Welsh Ambulance Service to assist an 80-year-old walker who had sustained a lower leg injury on Cadair Idris.
Team members assessed the casualty, immobilised the injured leg using a vacuum splint, and carried out a stretcher evacuation to a waiting ambulance for onward treatment
