Team was called to assist two walkers who had become lost whilst descending from Cadair Idris after reaching the summit from the Minffordd path. The pair had wandered off their intended route, were becoming tired, had limited equipment and no torches.
Using PhoneFind technology and telephone contact, the team tracked their progress and deployed a hill party to intercept them on the mountain. Team members met the walkers, escorted them safely off the hill and returned them to Minffordd to collect their vehicle.
