Shortly before 11;30 a.m., the Team received a request to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service in dealing with a walker who had fallen ill on Cader Idris. The man was reported to be feeling unwell on the steps a few hundred metres above Minffordd. As the Team was pulling together information, it was reported that the casualty had managed to progress down the steps and had reached the car-park with assistance from his group. The intention was for the man to to be taken by friends to A&E for further assessment.
