At around 3:30 p.m., the Team received a request from our neighbours, South Snowdonia Search & Rescue Team, for assistance in the search for a 78 year old woman with Alzheimer’s Disease who was found to be missing from home in the Harlech area. Shortly after the call-out was sent to our volunteers, the lady was found and the Team was stood down.
